The team at Quantum is pleased to be able to provide this app form to assist you in completing your boundary fencing. As you may be aware Quantum is unable to provide you with your neighbours' contact phone number or email address.

IMPORTANT:- The Owners Corporation is required to comply with the privacy principles set out in the Acts and adopt policies on the management and handling of personal and health information of individuals.  Under the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (previously the Information Privacy Act 2000) and the Health Records Act 2001,  any contact information provided by the Owners Corporation purpose of building a fence on the boundary of ones property in accordance with the Fencing Act 1968 (Vic) is strictly limited to the registered proprietor on title and their postal address for notices unless the owner provides explicit consent for additional contact information to be shared on their behalf.
